Legal information
Draft cookie policy
This is an informational draft. Actual services and cookie behaviour must be checked before publication.
Current status
Google Analytics 4 is technically integrated into the site but disabled by default. The Google tag is not loaded and no data is sent to it unless the site operator enables the service in environment settings and the visitor explicitly consents to analytics measurement in the privacy banner. Choosing “Essential only” or rejecting analytics keeps the service off.
Analytics preference
The analytics choice is stored locally in your browser under the key kinggates.analytics-consent.v1 and is not sent to the site server. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the “Privacy settings” link in the footer. After withdrawal, no further analytics events are sent.
Abuse prevention
Form protection against automated submissions may rely on server-side mechanisms. An IP address or server log is not a cookie; the owner must document any such processing in the privacy policy and define its retention period.
Before commercial activation
Before GA4 is commercially activated, owner decisions and legal review must complete the details for Google as provider, cookie names such as _ga and _ga_<measurement-id>, their purposes, lifetimes, retention, and data transfers. Advertising and personalization signals are disabled. Any future remarketing requires a separate decision, disclosure, and consent.
Browser controls
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Declining analytics or blocking cookies does not affect browsing this site or submitting a contact form.
